Vinory

Vinory operates within the Roero DOCG, a 19-municipality zone in Piedmont where Nebbiolo and Arneis define the terroir. The producer crafts rosso, bianco, and spumante expressions, each aged a minimum of 20 months. Nebbiolo-based reds achieve the required 12.5% alcohol threshold while developing complexity through extended barrel time. Arneis whites and sparkling wines showcase the region's lighter, more delicate aromatics. This commitment to aging discipline and varietal specificity positions Vinory as a custodian of Roero's controlled-origin standards.
