This unique hydrologic environment nurtures Riso Nano Vialone Veronese IGP, a prized rice grown within a restricted territory of just 24 local municipalities. Alongside these paddy fields, the region's chilly winter microclimate coaxes the crisp, bitter leaves of Radicchio di Verona IGP (spanning 55 municipalities) to perfection. In total, 17 distinct protected denominations overlap in Cerea, where the flat Venetian landscape yields exceptionally tailored agricultural treasures.
