Santa Teresa Gallura

At the rugged northernmost tip of the Sardinian mainland, Santa Teresa Gallura’s granite cliffs and relentless sea winds shape an intense, maritime viticulture. This extreme coastal terroir nurtures 16 protected denominations, led by the prestigious Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, a mineral-rich white wine cultivated across a select zone of only 23 northern municipalities. Here, the salty Mediterranean breezes and decomposed granite soils also fuel the vines of the Colli del Limbara IGT.
