Dualchi

Perched on the northern rim of the Abbasanta basalt plateau at 321 meters above sea level, Dualchi’s volcanic soils and sweeping pastures shape its agricultural identity. This rugged terroir in the Marghine subregion hosts 15 protected denominations. Among them, the highly localized Provincia di Nuoro IGT wine captures the intense character of the native vines, while the sharp, smoky Fiore Sardo DOP sheep's cheese thrives on the dry grasses of these highlands. The elevation of this upland outpost creates a distinct microclimate where bold Sardinian flavors mature with exceptional depth.
