Agricola Fabiana

In Salento, on the heel of Italy, Agricola Fabiana produces a single wine: Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale DOCG. Here, among vineyards exposed to the southern sun, the indigenous grape variety finds the conditions to express the concentration required by the denomination. Antonio and Anna run the family business together with their children Fabiana and Michele, in a continuity of work passed down from generation to generation. The result is a naturally sweet red with a minimum alcohol content of 16%, where slow maturation and the warmth of the south translate into an intensity that needs no forcing. It is a direct interpretation of this corner of Puglia, anchored to the territory rather than to commercial formulas: the wine tells the story of the land from which it originates, its light and its culture, seeking nothing more. A single label, therefore, but conceived as a synthesis of a place and a family that has made it their measure.
