Agrinico s.r.l. – Tenuta di Morzano

A few kilometers from Montespertoli and twenty-four from Florence, Tenuta di Morzano cultivates thirty hectares of Sangiovese on the Chianti hills. A single DOCG, but expressed in multiple registers: from the Superiore version to the Riserva, up to monographic selections that isolate individual parcels to interpret their specificity. It's a way of exploring the same grape variety from different angles, without dispersing into further denominations. Hospitality is an integral part of the project. Sixteen independent apartments are distributed in the heart of the vineyards, so that a stay coincides with direct observation of the vine's cycle. It's not transient accommodation but an invitation to linger, to experience the slow rhythms of Tuscan viticulture from within. The estate welcomes guests all year round: it's advisable to book one of the apartments to experience the vineyard in different seasons and taste, on site, the various interpretations of Chianti where Sangiovese ripens.
