In Cavaglià, nestled in the Biella hills, Alberta Luciana Azienda Agricola focuses its work on a single white grape variety, Erbaluce, within the Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG, which encompasses 36 Piedmontese municipalities. From this unique grape, the winery extracts three distinct expressions: the still white, taut and mineral; the sparkling wine; and the soft passito, a sweet result of a late harvest.
