From the hamlet of Rive d'Arcano, in the province of Udine, Arcania focuses on a single denomination, Friuli Grave DOC, one of the most extensive wine regions in northeastern Italy. The company covers the entire range of its regulations, from the freshest whites, with Pinot grigio and Sauvignon at the forefront, to more structured reds like Cabernet franc and Refosco dal peduncolo rosso, as well as rosés. The minimum alcohol content of 10% reflects the cool climate of the Friulian plain, where ripening remains measured and varietal definition matters more than power. This is what guides the winery's approach: precision and grape variety recognition, interpreted through a spectrum that covers the entire denomination across whites, rosés, and reds.
