Armonie Italiane - Masseria Faraona

On the central Murgia plateau, Armonie Italiane – Masseria Faraona interprets three expressions of Castel del Monte, supported by vineyards of Nero di Troia. The two red Riserva wines mature for twenty-four months, a period during which dark fruits and mineral depth consolidate beyond the 13% threshold that defines these protected denominations. It is a vertical expression, shaped by limestone and altitude more than by heat. Completing the picture is Bombino Nero, a precise rosé and not merely an embellishment, rooted in the same indigenous Apulian genetics. The three denominations share a demanding territory—ten municipalities bound together by limestone and altitude—and it is precisely from that rigor that they derive coherence. Not a scattered portfolio, but three ways of interpreting the same plateau: Nero di Troia in its structured Riserva wines, Bombino Nero in its taut, rosé version. The common denominator remains the Murgia, with its white soil and the wind that tempers maturation.
