AZIENDA AGRICOLA CASBURI VENAZIO ANTONIO

Azienda Agricola Casburi Venazio Antonio draws its character from the Salerno terroir, where Mediterranean light and mineral soils shape both its oils and wines. The producer manages five denominations distributed across two worlds: on one side, the Cilento DOP extra virgin olive oil, marked by vibrant herbaceous notes and a peppery finish; on the other, four wine denominations spanning the province. On the wine front, the range extends from the red Castel San Lorenzo DOC to the Cilento expressions based on Aglianico from the Cilento DOC, up to the broader selections of Paestum and Colli di Salerno, both IGT. Each label remains anchored to the area that defines it, so that oil and wine do not merge but rather narrate, each with its own production specifications, different facets of the same Salerno landscape. This is an estate that brings together an oil mill and a winery without sacrificing the specificity of any of its five denominations.
