Bergognini Fratelli

From Polpenazze del Garda, on the Brescia side of the lake, Bergognini Fratelli works with three distinct denominations of the Garda area. Each corresponds to a specific wine: the Tocai Friulano that bears the name of San Martino della Battaglia DOC, the white range of Benaco Bresciano IGT with Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco, and the Groppello reds that fall under the Riviera del Garda Classico DOC. This access to three origins allows the brothers to cover a wide spectrum, from white to red, while adhering to the specifications and alcohol standards imposed by each production regulation. The common denominator is the terroir: calcareous soils and a temperate climate mitigated by the lake, conditions that unite the three labels despite the diversity of the grape varieties. It is a work that moves between different denominations without losing focus, bringing together the tradition of Tocai, the freshness of Benaco whites, and the personality of Groppello, the symbolic grape variety of the Brescia Riviera.
