The story of Botter began in 1928 when Carlo and Maria transformed a small demijohn wine shop into a thriving business that has now lasted for almost a century. Today, their legacy spans three denominations in the Northeast: Asolo Prosecco DOCG, with its rare blends of Glera, Verdiso, and Bianchetta trevigiana; Montello Rosso DOCG, aged for eighteen months; and the versatile wines of Friuli Grave DOC, spread across 93 municipalities. Behind this geography lies a precise logic, uniting sparkling wines, aged reds, and widely produced whites under a single, trusted signature. Each label still proudly bears Carlo's name, an explicit nod to its family origins, while the current management pushes the estate beyond regional borders. The declared project is to combine Venetian craftsmanship with an international outlook, offering wines designed to be accessible for different generations and occasions.
