Brandini works organic vineyards across the Langa hills, where Pinot Nero and Chardonnay are grown with respect for soil, labour, and consumer expectations. The winery's philosophy strips wine to essentials—no superficial additions, only what the grapes and terroir demand. Their Alta Langa DOCG spumante and spumante rosato age minimum 30 months, developing complexity at 11.5% alcohol or above.
