BURLOTTO GIAN CARLO Az.Agr e Vitiv. S.S.A.
Verduno · Province of Cuneo · Piemonte
Burlotto Gian Carlo traces its vocation to early 1900s Verduno, when Andrea Burlotto began crafting Barolo for markets across Piedmont and northern Italy. Four sons carried the mission forward; Gian Carlo specialized in cellar work during the 1970s while his brothers tended the vines. The estate's heart remains the Crü Massara vineyard, positioned in one of Barolo's premier microclimates within Verduno municipality. Today the producer commands four DOCG designations: Barolo, Barbaresco, Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba, and Dogliani—each expressing distinct terroir through Nebbiolo or Dolcetto.
