Cantina Clavesana

Since 1959, Cantina Clavesana has been refining Alta Langa DOCG sparkling wines and rosés, evolving from a social cooperative to the leading producer in the Langa region. Its logic remains collective: it is the member growers who cultivate the steep slopes and deliver Pinot Nero and Chardonnay destined for a minimum aging of thirty months, well beyond the legal threshold, with grapes respecting 11.5% alcohol.
