Cantina Marti

From Montecchia di Crosara, a Veronese village among the region's most renowned white wine areas, Cantina Marti brings together two geographical scales. The first is that of Soave, with its Superiore and Recioto expressions, spanning the twelve municipalities of the denomination: here, the Garganega grape showcases its mineral backbone, from still wine to the sweet version made from dried grapes, complemented by other varieties. The second scale is broader, encompassing the twenty-seven municipalities where Lessini Durello and Monti Lessini thrive, where the rich limestone soil translates into sparkling wines, passiti, and still whites. Managing four denominations, including DOCG and DOC, means navigating a terrain of diverse rules without losing a common direction. This is precisely Marti's hallmark: a geographical precision that becomes an interpretation of Veneto through its white wines, where each label marks a step within the same design, and the region's contemporary identity is rooted in the very substance of its hills.
