Cantina Sociale Cooperativa di Quistello

Founded in 1928 by a group of grape growers, the Quistello winery transformed the simple buying and selling of grapes into actual winemaking, shaping a supply chain that today encompasses four denominations of the Mantuan plain. The cornerstone remains Lambrusco Mantovano, sparkling, obtained from seven different Lambrusco varieties and offered in both red and rosé. Alongside, the sharper whites of Garda Colli Mantovani, while two broader geographical indications — the provincial one and the one linked to the name Quistello itself — expand the production perimeter towards freer interpretations of the territory. It's a range that combines conviviality and technical precision, without yielding to either extreme.
