Cantine Lebovitz

Active in Roncoferraro since 1951, Cantine Lebovitz roots seven decades of craftsmanship in the Mantovano region, overseeing four protected zones — Lambrusco Mantovano DOC, Garda Colli Mantovani DOC, Provincia di Mantova IGT, and Quistello IGT — using indigenous and international grape varieties cultivated on the morainic hills. This is not a narrow specialization, but a broad interpretation of the denominations that span this part of eastern Lombardy. At its heart remains the historic Lambrusco, which expresses both dry and amabile styles with decisive character and marked fruit, while spumanti made from Chardonnay and Garganega broaden the portfolio towards fresher profiles. The four territorial labels thus create a range extending from sparkling table red to bubbly, holding together tradition and experimentation within the same hilly landscape.
