Castell'in Villa rises from the hills of Castelnuovo Berardenga as a medieval stronghold with roots reaching back to 1176. Positioned to command views across the Chianti landscape—vineyards, forests, and the distant towers of Siena—the estate has preserved its original stone structures while adapting to winemaking. Here, Sangiovese and other red varieties flourish in conditions that once dictated the estate's strategic importance, now channeled into Chianti Classico reds that reflect both history and terroir.
