Vincenzo Cesani controls every stage of production at his San Gimignano estate, from cultivating Sangiovese and Trebbiano Toscano on his own land to bottling and selling the finished wine. This vertical integration—rare among Toscano IGT producers—stems from his conviction that only those who know their grapes can vinify them properly. The family has farmed organically for decades, allowing nature's rhythms to guide harvest timing and release schedules, refusing to bend winemaking to market pressures alone.
