Forteto Della Luja S.S. Az. Agr.

Giovanni Scaglione inherited Forteto Della Luja through his mother's family line, stewarding vines rooted in Loazzolo since 1826. The stone cellars, built in the late 1700s, still age wines drawn from slopes where the Rio Luja flows through surrounding woodland. A 1985 turning point saw the estate shift from grape sales to vinification—reviving his great-grandfather's craft with late-harvest Moscato. Today the producer crafts Asti DOCG spumanti and whites from aromatic varieties, welcoming visitors to taste where tradition meets terroir.
