For over three decades, Fratelli Grimaldi has cultivated Moscato across four hillside parcels—Moncucco, San Grato, San Maurizio, and Bauda—in Santo Stefano Belbo's prime production zone. The family operates 20 hectares entirely owned land, where four generations now pursue winemaking excellence. Drawing on roots stretching to the 1890s, when great-grandfather Carlo first planted vines in neighboring Cossano Belbo, the estate channels that lineage into contemporary Asti DOCG and Barbera d'Asti while hosting visitors for tastings amid the Piedmont hills.
