Gensfabia operates in Marino, one of Roma DOC's 64 municipalities, where volcanic soils and Mediterranean exposure shape the character of reds and whites alike. The estate works with the zone's classic palette—Montepulciano, Cesanese varieties, Sangiovese, and international cultivars including Cabernet and Syrah—either alone or blended. Reaching the minimum 12.5% alcohol, Gensfabia's wines reflect the technical rigour and terroir precision demanded by the appellation's specifications.
