I Bàmboi

I Bàmboi, located in San Pietro di Feletto in the heart of Treviso's Prosecco country, tends vines positioned between the Dolomites and the Adriatic coast. The winery manages the entire winemaking cycle in-house, from harvest through fermentation, working with Glera, Verdiso, and heirloom varieties like Bianchetta trevigiana to craft Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG in multiple styles. The name—"gemme" or buds in Veneto dialect—reflects the family's philosophy of renewal and deep connection to their terroir.
