Lo Triolet

Lo Triolet works the steep mountainous terrain of Introd with an eye on what Valle d'Aosta's vineyards can truly express. In the cellar, the focus is precise: preserve the quality pursued through the season, letting technology serve rather than define the final wine. Each bottle carries the imprint of the producer's judgment and experience. The tasting room, housed in a restored alpine stable with original timber and vaulted brick, invites visitors to taste whites, reds, and rosés made to accompany mountain game and robust meats.
