MONARI FEDERZONI S.p.a.

Monari Federzoni has produced Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP since 1912 from their Bomporto headquarters, drawing on founder Elena Monari's original recipe. Their vinegar ages across an extensive selection of oak barrels, developing the deep mahogany hue and delicate woody character that define Modena's protected denomination across its 89 municipalities. The result is a dense, velvety condiment balancing caramelised mosto with subtle acidity—a signature that reflects decades of Emilia-Romagna craft.
