Noussan vini emerged in 2004 when Gabriella and Franco decided to restore family vineyards and expand to a 5,500-square-meter estate. Franco's training at the Aosta agricultural school from 1976 to 1979 grounded the venture in technical viticulture. The winery now produces bianco, rosso, and rosato wines under the Valle d'Aosta DOC designation, welcoming visitors to experience how bottles become storytellers and transactions transform into personal connections in their tasting room.
