Pigno

Pigno, run by the Martari family across three generations, produces Custoza DOC from the nine-municipality zone around Lake Garda. Based in a restored early-1900s farmhouse in Villafranca di Verona, the winery unites modern techniques with the region's natural vocation for white wine. Their Custoza lineup—bianco, superiore, and riserva—showcases Cortese, Garganega, and Trebbiano Toscano, each reaching minimum 11.0% alcohol. Today Pigno supplies restaurants and wine bars throughout Italy and abroad, blending heritage with contemporary practice.
