Rotola occupies 12 hectares in Ceppaloni's middle Sabato valley, where Aglianico cultivation echoes practices documented since the early medieval period. The estate produces Aglianico del Taburno DOCG—reds and rosés aged 24 months minimum—from vines rooted in hillside terrain selected for centuries. Visitors find a working vineyard whose output once supplied coastal Campania's major cities, now refined into wines that honor the region's deep viticultural memory.
