Terre Cortesi Moncaro is a cooperative that commands four protected designations across the Marche region, each demanding distinct terroir expression and rigor. From Vernaccia nera—the dark grape of Serrapetrona, yielding both sparkling and red wines—to the structured Montepulciano and Sangiovese of Cònero's 24-month aged reds, the house works across contrasting zones. Two Verdicchio operations anchor the portfolio: one from Matelica's eight municipalities and another spanning Castelli di Jesi's sprawling 19-commune territory, both aged 18 months minimum. This geographic breadth and varietal precision define the cooperative's scope.
