Vincenzo Trubiano works in Castiglione a Casauria, a village in Pescara's olive-growing hills, where the Aprutino Pescarese DOP takes shape. His extra virgin oil carries the pale green-to-gold signature of these slopes—a testament to cool autumns and limestone-rich soil across the region's 46 protected municipalities.
