Among these, the hyper-local Romangia IGT wine, limited to a small zone of just 5 municipalities, thrives on these high-altitude slopes. The rugged, pasture-rich terrain also yields the smoky notes of Fiore Sardo DOP, a raw sheep’s milk cheese deeply tied to the local pastoral heritage.
