Perched 820 meters above sea level in the rugged Barbagia di Seùlo highlands, Seui’s mountain climate shapes its exceptional agricultural output. This high-altitude Sardinian enclave boasts 17 protected denominations, led by local specialties. The steep, sun-drenched slopes feed the vines of the Ogliastra IGT wine, a designation shared across a zone of 25 municipalities. From these same heights comes the inspiration for Culurgionis d'Ogliastra IGP, a signature stuffed pasta crafted within a 26-municipality territory. The thin air and dramatic temperature swings concentrate flavors, defining the robust character of Seui's highland pantry.
