The volcanic soils of this territory also foster distinct viticulture, feeding the vines behind the aromatic Cagliari DOC and the resilient Nuragus di Cagliari DOC. In Turri, the combination of arid summers and ancient clay soils shapes some of the island’s most intense, concentrated flavors.
