Situated within the southern coastal folds of Cagliari’s metropolitan territory, this Sardinian enclave of 1,631 residents features a microclimate shaped by marine breezes and rugged hills. This distinctive environment nurtures 18 protected denominations overlapping its soil. Among these, the most local treasures are the rare, sweet Girò di Cagliari DOC, a historic red wine limited to a zone of 182 municipalities, and the dry, aromatic Nasco di Cagliari DOC.
