ADRIANA ZAMBON VINI

In the Treviso countryside of San Biagio di Callalta, Adriana Zambon Vini brings together two DOCG denominations of opposing natures: the white Lison and the red Piave Malanotte. It is a long-standing family-run farm, and its identity lies precisely in the contrast — the freshness of one, the depth of the other — cultivated within a landscape that surrounds the vineyards on all sides. The Malanotte is the more challenging test: built on the Raboso grape variety and aged for at least thirty-six months, it develops the structure and density that define the denomination. Lison, on the other hand, represents the other face of the territory, and together the two wines illustrate the breadth of the offering. Hospitality is part of the project: the winery welcomes visitors throughout the year for tastings that compare the two denominations, with careful guidance in choosing the right wine for every occasion.
