Agostinetto

In the southern Maremma, where the Tuscan coast gives way to pastures and hills, Agostinetto runs a small family estate in Magliano in Toscana. Their work revolves around a single denomination, the Toscano IGT, expressed in white, red, and rosé wines made from their native varieties: Sangiovese, Trebbiano Toscano, and Canaiolo Nero. The choice to focus on a single designation doesn't limit the range but sharpens its focus, tying it to a specific landscape. Certified organic, the winery eschews synthetic chemicals and favors natural winemaking, consistent with the project's small scale and the generations that preceded it. Here, the Grosseto territory can be tasted without mediation, in wines designed to tell the story of the place rather than to impress. Visitors can walk among the rows and experience this narrative directly at the tasting counter: the Maremma, explained by its own grape varieties.
