Agricola Cannito

In Grumo Appula, on the Murgia plateau, Agricola Cannito cultivates a single denomination, the Gioia del Colle DOC, where Primitivo, Montepulciano, and Negroamaro ripen under the sun of the Bari plateau. The company combines certified organic methods with a cellar equipped with modern facilities, bringing together traditional winemaking and process control without yielding to one or the other. The result is reds, rosés, and whites that carry the minerality of the Murgia soils, each bottle a cross-section of a precise land and vintage. Primitivo provides the warmer, more mature backbone of the range, while rosés and whites lighten the register without betraying the plateau's imprint.
