ALE.P.A. oversees five protected areas in the Caserta region, a range that spans the entire Campanian winemaking spectrum. The structured reds of Falerno del Massico and Galluccio, both bound by a minimum aging of twelve months, are complemented by the leaner and more saline versions of Aversa, where Asprinio yields taut and light white wines. Surrounding these, two geographical indication denominations—Terre del Volturno and Roccamonfina—expand the scope from the valley floors to the volcanic slopes. This fragmented geography is the true hallmark of the company: Aglianico for full-bodied reds, indigenous white grape varieties for more immediate expressions, each linked to different soils and microclimates of the province. The result is a catalog that does not pursue a single style but interprets the Caserta territory in its many voices, from the warmth of Massico to the freshness of the Aversa hinterland. Five denominations held together not by a common label, but by the desire to fully explore one of the most articulated viticultural mosaics of the South.
