The reference grape variety is Pecorino, flanked by suitable regional varieties, for a range that includes both white and red wines. The soil dictates the character: calcareous and clayey soils that impart salinity and mineral drive, recognizable traits in both white and red wines. Each vintage settles above the minimum 12% alcohol, a measure that points towards structured wines, designed to stand up to the more substantial gastronomic traditions of Marche.
