In Moasca, in the Asti Monferrato, Amerio Vincenzo distributes its vineyards across three DOCG denominations, covering the spectrum from white to red. Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato is perhaps its most singular expression, with its mineral complexity; alongside it are Barbera d'Asti, aged for four months, and the white and red types of Terre Alfieri, which broaden the company's range. Manual harvesting at full ripeness is the premise of this work: it captures each variety at the moment it can fully transfer its character into the bottle, without shortcuts. The result is a catalog that tells the story of wine-producing Piedmont through three different regulations, held together by the same hand.
