Ancilla works within Lugana DOC, the five-municipality zone where Turbiana grapes thrive in the Verona borderlands. The family-run producer pursues a focused path: Turbiana-based whites in three expressions—standard bianco, the enhanced superiore, and aged riserva—each reaching a minimum 11% alcohol. Their commitment extends beyond still wine into sparkling territory, broadening the portfolio while maintaining fidelity to the denomination's core grape and regional character.
