Andrea Da Ponte

In Tarzo, centrally located in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco superiore DOCG area, Andrea Da Ponte works with Glera alongside indigenous grape varieties such as Verdiso and Bianchetta trevigiana. From these grapes, three distinct styles emerge—still, frizzante, and spumante—covering the entire range of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene denomination. The vineyard is complemented by the family distillery, which extends the work to grappas and amari: a dual vocation, rooted in a deep knowledge of the territory. The landscape is the steep, hand-drawn terrain recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, where over a century of craftsmanship has learned to transform fruit into both wine and distillate. This continuity between glass and alembic is what makes the estate different from a simple winery.
