From Costigliole d'Asti, Andrea Scovero works at the intersection of three Piedmontese DOCG denominations, each with a guiding grape variety. Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato centers on the aromatic and recognizable Ruchè grape; Terre Alfieri alternates the mineral-profiled Arneis with the structured Nebbiolo; Barbera d'Asti, subjected to a minimum of four months of aging, completes the trio with its typical vivacity. This is a portfolio that rejects monoculture to embrace the variety of the Asti Monferrato, where soils and a continental climate offer each grape variety a different interpretation.
