The Friuli DOC denomination spans one hundred and fifty-six municipalities in the northeast, where the cool climate and mineral soils guide viticulture towards white wines. Here, Antonutti cultivates ten varieties from the regional repertoire, from the crispness of Sauvignon to the floral texture of Traminer aromatico, and from this palette produces whites, reds, and sparkling wines. The range alternates between distinct single-varietal wines and blends, two complementary ways of interpreting the same Friulian terroir. Each wine reaches at least 10% alcohol, a level that balances freshness and substance without imbalance. The breadth of the denomination — a mosaic of towns and micro-zones — finds an orderly synthesis in the winery, where each grape variety tells a portion of the regional character.
