In Trasacco, in the Fucino basin, Aquilio Daniele cultivates Patata del Fucino IGP on one of Abruzzo's most unique agricultural plains. The denomination, which encompasses nine municipalities, protects tubers grown from the soil of the ancient drained lake, a basin transformed into extraordinarily fertile land where cultivation finds conditions difficult to replicate elsewhere. Under the company's care, the potatoes develop the compactness and regular shape that identify the variety, a result of practices rooted in this particular terroir. It is a product designed for durability: tubers that maintain integrity and consistency from field to table, without yielding to processing. The single IGP focuses the company's entire work on one vegetable, interpreted as a direct expression of a soil born from reclamation and now among the most suitable in the region.
