Astoria Wines

From Refrontolo, among the now-protected hills of the Alta Marca Trevigiana, Astoria Wines works with two protected denominations that define its production perimeter. The first is Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, distributed across fifteen municipalities, where Glera signs Veneto's most famous sparkling expression; the second is the broader Venezie DOC, which expands the scope without shifting its core focus. Around Glera revolve lesser-known indigenous grape varieties—Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera—which the winery uses to craft wines from still white to sparkling, with a minimum of 10.5% alcohol. Each bottle seeks the balance point between the freshness that has always made this area recognizable and the technical rigor of contemporary production. It is a Prosecco conceived as an interpretation of the territory rather than a commercial formula, where the precision of the method serves to highlight, not to mask, the character of the hillside grapes from which it is born.
