On the gentle slopes of Susegana, beneath the San Salvatore castle, Conte Collalto cultivates vineyards that descend from the Montello hills—a territory granted to the family's ancestor in 958. The winery, active since 1904, oversees two denominations with maximum guarantee: `Lison`, which dedicates the `Tai` grape to dry white wines, and `Piave Malanotte`, built on `Raboso Piave`, a demanding grape that requires three years of aging before bottling.
