AZ. AGR. DI SANTE brings together four DOCGs that trace a journey through the oenological landscape of Marche. On the red side, Vernaccia di Serrapetrona showcases its namesake black grape variety in both sparkling (spumante) and still versions, while Cònero blends Montepulciano and Sangiovese, with at least twenty-four months of aging to build its structure. The white chapter is entrusted to two Verdicchio Riserva wines that tell different geographical stories: one originates in the restricted area of Matelica, just eight municipalities, the other in the more extensive Castelli di Jesi denomination, which counts nineteen. Both require eighteen months of aging and a minimum of 12.5% alcohol, a discipline that sets their pace. Lined up, the four labels function as a scaled map of the Marche territory, featuring indigenous grape varieties and long cellar aging times. At the winery, the entire range can be explored through organized tastings, the most direct way to grasp these differences on site.
