AZ. AGR. GIOVANNI E FRANCESCA MAROTTI CAMPI S.S. SOC. AGRICOLA
Inaugurated in 1999, the winery of Giovanni and Francesca Marotti Campi is a facility designed for precision: thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, ranging from twenty-five to one hundred hectoliters, allow for separate vinification of grapes from each vineyard. From this setup emerge four maximum-guarantee denominations, a range that unites red and white wines from the Marche region under a single technical signature. The selection spans from Vernaccia di Serrapetrona, offered as both spumante and rosso, to Cònero rosso, and two Verdicchio Riserva wines from Matelica and Castelli di Jesi. What unites such diverse productions is an obsession with aromatic freshness: dry ice during harvest, nitrogen in the cellar to protect the whites, and an underground cellar where French oak barriques accompany the aging of selected reserves. The estate welcomes visitors: it's worth a stop to see how modern facilities and vineyard discipline converge in the four denominations that find their home here.
